We encourage you to place your orders on our secure server on this website. However, if for some reason you feel more comfortable placing your order via our toll-free number order line, you may do so. However, there is a $2 service charge added to all phone orders. This is to cover the additional costs of the toll-free call, the employee costs, and other charges. Instead of charging everyone $9 shipping and handling, we give those who order on-line a $2 'discount'.
On average, we lose money in shipping and handling. Meaning, we do NOT charge for the total expenses we incur to ship your packages to you. We hope that you appreciate that 98% of the orders we ship are sent out within 24 hours (one business day) from when you placed your order. Also, that 95% of your orders arrive within two days, as we ship all of our packages USPS Priority Mail.
You may ask shipping and product availability related questions on our toll-free number. However, all health related and all 'other' questions must be asked on our special customer service line, 1-830-997-5695.

You may send us a check or money order, US dollars only. (We do not accept checks or money orders from ANY foreign country. There are NO exceptions.) SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Since we do not sell any of the products we carry at the MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price), we need to charge for the shipping and handling.There is a $7 S&H charge on all orders, (except specific products in which the S&H is clearly indicated and included in the purchase price.)
There is an additional shipping and handling charge on a few of the items, such as the Ionized Water machine, the Rebounder, and some heavy items. Any additional S&H charges are listed on this page AND the product's page.
There are additional S&H charges to Alaska and Hawaii, and all foreign countries.
You may email us with your order, and we will let you know what these additional charges will be if you need to know before you place your order.
The Ionized Water Machine is shipped out of Canada. It takes approximately seven days to arrive in the United States. Longer in most foreign countries.
The Rebounder is shipped from Utah, via UPS, and takes approximately 4 to 8 days to arrive. Longer in foreign countries.
TAX
Only those in Texas pay tax on a few items. Tax is 8.25%. All health supplements are tax exempt in Texas. Because the Water Ionizer and the Rebounder are shipped from the manufacturer's warehouses, there is no tax collected.The Shopping Cart accurately figures the tax on orders from Texas.
FOREIGN ORDERS
We accept most foreign orders. Payment must be made with a credit card or a bank wire. We check all foreign credit cards for address verification. This may mean an additional day or two before the order is shipped.If you want to pay via a bank wire, please email us first, and we will give you instructions on how to send funds.
We do NOT accept checks or money orders from ANY foreign country (Canada included).
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day money back conditional guarantee on all our products, with the conditions listed below. (You will receive a credit on your credit card.) The conditions are as follows:1) You must call our company first (or email us) and get a RAN (Return Authorization Number) and tell us the reason for the return, before you return any items. NO EXCEPTIONS!
2) The items must be shipped back to the place of origin (If there is a change, you will be told when you call to get the RAN).
3) The item(s) must be in their original condition (boxes, security seals, security wrap, literature, manuals, warranty card, etc.). They must be unused, unopened (if a bottle), and in the condition that they were in when you received them.
4) The item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date we shipped them to you.
5) If the item is damaged or broken or does not work?, we will pay you for the shipping charge you occurred returning it, or give you a free bottle of Royal Velvet (a $59 value - our way of going 'above and beyond', saying "sorry" this happened). A new product will be shipped to you as soon as we (or the company you are sending it back to) receive the defective one.
REFUND POLICY
We will only issue a refund for the following products that have been opened/used.1) Since Royal Velvet and Royal Chlorella are TRIAD's products, you may consume one bottle of these products and choose to receive a refund. After receiving a RAN, you need to send the empty or used bottles to our address and we will issue you a refund check for the amount in which you paid for the product. One bottle of each product only, no refunds on S&H. You need to return the used bottle within 30 days.
2) The Water Ionizer has a 30-day refund policy. You must call to get a RAN. The box and all contents must be clean, contain everything that was sent in the box and free from water (you cannot ship anything with water in it that may leak, or it could cause the postal authorities to destroy it, because of their concerns since 9-11 and the anthrax scares). There is a minimum 15% to maximum 25% restocking fee. Note: the original box must not be ripped or torn.
3) The Prime Air has a 30-day refund policy. You must call for a RAN. The unit must not be scratched, and all items must be returned in the original box. There is a minimum 15% to maximum 25% restocking fee.
4) For the Rebounder, you must call for a RAN, and it must be returned in 30 days to the manufacturer. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ANY OTHER PRODUCTS.
