It makes no difference in which Package you purchase to qualify for Membership. You will receive all the benefits of Membership.

If every month you purchased only the products used in the Basic Athletes Protocol, (two bottles of Royal Velvet, one bottle of Royal Chlorella, one bottle of Living Multi,  one Energy Patch, the cost would be $259 (Membership price). The MSRP of these products is $368.

Ordering just the Basic products would amount to $777 per quarter, or the aforementioned $259 per month. Requiring you to commit to only $450 per quarter, or what averages out to $150 per month in purchases, is what we believe to be extraordinarily fair. Many athletes spend thousands of dollars per month on supplements. Our requirement equates out to a commitment from you of only $150 per month. 

The quarters are the three-month segments that are typically used in bookkeeping. The first three months of the year (January, February, and March) is a quarter. The months of April, May, and June are another quarter. July, August, and September is a quarter, and of course, October, November, and December make up the final quarter.

You can place one order for $450 (or more) or a multitude of orders during the quarter to meet the $450 requirement. Shipping and handling charges are not included in the dollar volume. 

You could place one order for $450 in product on July 1^st, and meet the requirement. Alternatively, you could place ten orders for $45 throughout July, August, and September and meet the requirement for the third quarter. Truly simple.

Anything less than $450 in a quarter, and you lose your Membership.

NOTE: The annual savings received from having Membership is mind boggling when you sit down and look at the figures. Remember, you are going to get nearly 35% OFF MSRP on nearly every product you order.

We ask that you keep track of your orders so that you will know if you are meeting the requirements. If you choose to place your order on-line with our secure server, we will make any price adjustments when your order goes through the processing department. (As we do keep very detailed records of your orders.)

The first quarter you need to qualify is the quarter after you purchase your Protocol Package. Example: You purchase the Standard Athletes Protocol Package on July 6^th. (This is the third quarter.) You will receive full Membership benefits until December 31^st, the end of the fourth quarter. However, you must order $450 in product during October, November, and December to meet the requirement in order that you keep your Membership benefits.

We require that you send us feedback of what changes have taken place in your life (and/or the lives of your family, pets, or loved ones) from doing The Protocol, once a year.

In other words, simply send us an email or a letter with your feedback of what impact The Protocol has had on you, once during every calendar year.

The first feedback is due by the end of the next half year after you purchased your Protocol Package.

Two examples. You purchase the Advanced Athlete Protocol Package on January 2, 2006, (the first half of the year.) You have until December 31, 2006 to send us your feedback.

Likewise, if you purchased the Basic Athletes Protocol Package on June 27, 2006, (the first half of the year), you have until December 31, 2006 to send us your feedback.

Alternatively, you may simply add the feedback to your order when you place an order on-line. (Look for the Feedback/Comment box on the secure server.)

We are only looking for honest and truthful feedback. We do not want anything exaggerated or misleading. However, we prefer detailed oriented feedback. If you do not want us to use your testimony on our website, simply state that at the end of your feedback and we will respect your privacy. We do have some people (like movie stars and professional athletes) that do not want us to use their name, but do not mind us using their feedback. In those cases, we simply use the initials of the person when quoting their feedback.

You will not receive a reminder letter that a feedback letter is due. It is your responsibility to send it. With dramatic changes as the norm, and most people feeling grateful, it isnt too hard to remember once a year to send an email, or add the feedback to your order on-line, or sit down and write a letter.

Members receive membership prices on ALL of the individual products we sell. Most are at the lowest price permitted by the manufacturers! This is usually 30% off the MSRP, like the Garden of Life products and the New Chapter products. Most of the products we sell are 30% OFF the MSRP or greater.

Some products are discounted 40% OFF the MSRP, like the Thai Crystal Deodorant stone or The Water Ionizer; however, we are not required by the manufacturer to sell them at a set minimum price.

Some products are only discounted 20% OFF the MSRP. Either the manufacturer states that this is the lowest discount allowed, or the profit margin is such that a lower discount might cause us to sell it for less than we pay for it.

Second Benefit:

Priority status. Your orders are shipped out ahead of non-members. Once we receive your order, it goes to the head of line to be processed. This may result in you receiving your orders up to one or two days quicker.

In addition, any backordered items are secured for your orders first. Manufacturers do run out of product at times, unknown to us. Once we are made aware of a backorder situation, we will secure product for our Members first.

Royal Velvet priority.

The raw material that makes up Royal Velvet is harvested annually in New Zealand. There is an extremely limited supply. If only 1% of the athletes in the world wanted to consume one bottle of Royal Velvet per month, there would be a shortage of epidemic proportions. Only one out of every thousand athletes would be able to purchase one bottle. In other words, 99.9% of those that want Royal Velvet would not be able to get it. This alone would use up the entire annual harvest of this rare raw material.

If only 1% of the athletes in the United States alone wanted a months supply, there would not be enough to go around.

Unlike all synthetically made supplements, Royal Velvet is a raw material that is grown, not chemicals made from petroleum.

When all of the Royal Velvet that is manufactured annually is spoken for, (we call this event The Apex), we will no longer be able to take on new clients. Members will get first priority on the monthly supply of Royal Velvet that we are allotted.

Any time you refer family and friends to us and they go on The Protocol, we will send you a FREE product as a Thank You! We determine what that product is, but can assure you that it is not a trinket (t-shirt, key chain, or useless item).
